How to Grow Crystals

Nature is full of models.

When molecules and atoms in a row in a pattern that is formed symmetrically, has crystals. With household items and a little 'technique, it is possible to grow crystals and watch them.

Materials:

Water * 1 / 2 cup hot water

Crystal Sugar

Materials:

• 1 cup hot water

• 2 cups sugar

× 1 pint (16-ounce) jar

1 x pot

× 1 tablespoon

× 1 old towel

Nd block note and penor pencil

Procedure:

1 Pour the hot water in the pot

Pour 2 1 / 2 cup of sugar in water and stir until it melts

Stir in 3 1 / 2 cup sugar until it melts

4 Continue to add sugar, 1/2-cup at a time until it melts

5 Wrap a towel around the glass so that it cools slowly *

6 Leave the pot in a place where there are not disturbed for 2-3 days.

Crystal skiing:

Crystals actually grow, because melting in liquid solutions and gas fumes have evaporated by the heat. That's why you use hot water and cold all slowly.
